To maintain a great living environment for all residents the College Square Condo Association Board of Directors has adopted as set of general rules and regulations for the condo complex. College Square is a condominium complex where each unit is individually owned. Therefore, individual unit owners may set additional or more rigid rules for their units, however, no unit owner may waive any of the Association's rules or policies.

Important Notice:
This form will have to be filled out by each owner and returned to Auburn Realty prior to tenants picking up their 2015-2016 resident parking pass. The 2014-2015 parking passes expire and will become null and void on 8/31/2015. See the condo association rules and regulations for more information.
